Songs Of Life
Kataka Gara is an accomplished musician & healer. Her lyrics are set to rhythmic sounds produced with the purpose of providing her healing concepts through song. By making her message available in an entertaining way & easily accessible by technology, she is always there when you need to remember to breathe and relax.
Songs of Life is my 3rd album in 3 years of recording music. I use the term, "Spirit Pop" for the type of music I do because it is pop music with a positive message. I've played music most of my life but never had the opportunity to record a full album until recently. My personal goal is to do 3 albums a year-- just to catch up!
I sing and play over 50 instruments and when I became a Reiki Master Healer, I discovered that I could “funnel” positive energy through my music, while playing various musical instruments. This creates an exquisite and inspirational sound healing experience, which drops audiences deeply into their hearts.

Eat, Pray, Love
In Theaters August 13th
Liz Gilbert (Julia Roberts) had everything a modern woman is supposed to dream of having - a husband, a house, a successful career - yet like so many others, she found herself lost, confused, and searching for what she really wanted in life. Newly divorced and at a crossroads, Gilbert steps out of her comfort zone, risking everything to change her life, embarking on a journey around the world that becomes a quest for self-discovery. In her travels, she discovers the true pleasure of nourishment by eating in Italy; the power of prayer in India, and, finally and unexpectedly, the inner peace and balance of true love in Bali. Based upon the bestselling memoir by Elizabeth Gilbert, "Eat Pray Love" proves that there really is more than one way to let yourself go and see the world.
